The theme of GKIRLOT (THWAETTR) is isolation in a literary / philosophical sense. The band name along with most of the lyrics (well, all of the lyrics, as of this demo) are adapted from an interactive Library of Babel simulation**. Despite being nonsense at first glance, all gkirlot (thwaettr) music is made with Christian teaching and intent at heart. The intent is abstract, but to try to describe it, it's basically to paint a literary atmosphere that appears isolated, yet where God and His divine power is omnipresent.

I have no idea how much I'll do with this project. Whatever I do, I'll at least record future music with instruments and real vocals, lol. If you can't hear the "vocals" (text-to-speech), they're somewhat buried/distorted underneath the "guitar" sections between 2:20 and 11:40.

The "library of Babel" is a short story by Jorge Luis Borges, where an ostensibly infinite library contains all possible books that could ever be written. However, most of these books just contain garbage text. After all, it's ALL books that COULD be written. Of course, sensible text is to be found somewhere, but nobody knows where. Some dismiss the garbage text. Others seek a hypothetical book that would explain how to decode the garbage text and turn it into readable words. Somebody has programmed an interactive Library of Babel simulation in which you can explore this library and read the books, which you can download / play here: keiwan.itch.io/library-of-babel-3d
