I could understand most of the lyrics for this one, but I'm still not sure about a couple lines. Before I set out to record this, I had a moment of clarity where God's word shined through my thoughts, reminding me of everything God teaches us about mercy and compassion. Reminding me that these negative, vengeful feelings are wrong. This track is my attempt to portray what that felt like to me. ..... Continuing the "murder" metaphors throughout the EP, this track is my chance to deal a final blow, to kill the person - but at the last minute, refusing to do it. Not saying they just get away with their actions - just saying they aren't killed.
