LYRICS:
Evil, consume nothing.
Darkness, crush darkness; fold in upon yourself.
Demons, raise up your war banner of surrender.
In the name of Jesus Christ,
Amen.

TRACK INFO:
When I began to write the lyrics for this song, I was experiencing temptation. The second the first line was written in my mind, the demons immediately fled, and my mind was clear again. This is not the power of my lyrics, but rather, the power of the Holy Trinity. May this prayer, though probably controversial, be beneficial to those who are dealing with darkness in their lives and/or souls. In the name of He whose righteousness is greater than all evil combined, Jesus Christ.

Look Above You at the Sky is technically on hold right now, but I figured this little improv / jam session would fit best under that name.
Also, one or two of the melodies here were written in 2014 for an older project, of which LAYATS is kind of a "spiritual successor". I plan to reuse some of these ideas at a later time for a proper song.

I can't remember what the lyrics are. If I ever find the original clip again, I'll try to listen back and see what I can pick out.

TRACK INFO
A friend proposed the idea of "slow grindcore". Is it possible without just becoming "sludge" or "drone"? This track was something I cobbled together to illustrate the ideas I had. Very distorted, as you can tell. I can't even remember when I came up with the project "Ligature Strangulation" (I think it was in mid 2014 or something), but this is the first thing I've ever released with the name. Ligature Strangulation is on hold.

Lacking compassion, never to seek
Zoosadists and pedos prey on the weak
Hiding their wretchedness in their chatrooms
While in Hollywood, small kids are groomed
Judgment comes to all
You can't hide
Judgment comes to all
You can't hide
Hiding in plain sight with symbols
Influencers spreading their diseaséd bull
Raping the weak to fill their sick lust
With a slick smile for the public's trust
Judgment comes to all
You can't hide
Judgment comes to all
You can't hide
Do you not know, do you not care
You're as weak as the ones you make despair?
You are not at the top, you do not reign
God will condemn you in fire and chains
In fire and chains
In fire and chains
In fire and chains
Forever... and ever... and ever... and ever... and ever..............

TRACK INFO
Since this is just ... basically a rehearsal recording at this point, I'm not gonna go crazy trying to perfect the audio. This song will eventually be redone with a bunch of things fixed up / corrected. ......... If you're wondering, the track was inspired by the continued influx of Illuminati symbolism; allegations regarding political/media figures to which the governments/courts/etc are too afraid to bring attention; and the fallout regarding an internet figure named "Kero the Wolf" and some of his "friends".

The cold chills my skin
Under this blizzard
Wind blows through the night
Through the ever-bare trees
Howls from the mountains
In (?) my soul
As the embittered cold
Brings this isolation
... Isolation
Pagans worship the created darkness
And the Creator rejects their words
Spirits imitate this art form
The night rejects them all
... Rejects them all
Let darkness conquer their wicked shadows
Beautify the cold air, remove their cultic dark
Capture them in holiness of winter contemplation
And leave this landscape dedicated to God
God, blow these winds
Restore order
Below the frozen moon
Give holiness and guidance to me
Holiness to all who walk this isolated path
Seeking in the purity and bitterness
The truth...
Truth...
Let this coldness
And darkness
Yield divine contemplation
That brings souls
Back to You
Cleanse the spiritual darkness
With this physical darkness
And bring the (?)
To others

Couldn't remember a couple of the words. I really need to get back to writing lyrics down before recording them.

Maybe I was mistaken those years...
Seeking isolation, my misanthropy...
My sensory perception...
And seeking different paths through the darkness...
Maybe what I wanted all those years...
Though I would have never admitted it to myself...
Was to contemplate the divine
Under a warm-frozen snowfall...
Seeking a relationship with the holy divine
As the idols spoke lies
You spoke divine

God
Take me away from worldly comfort
Take me away from escapism
Take me away from this plague
That tortures my conscience
I have had enough of comfort
There is only one comfort
In hardship
The Lord punishes those He loves, (Hebrews 12:6)
Testing us in the furnace of affliction. (Isaiah 48:10)
Refine me like gold
Leave me shiver in this cold
Let me slide, down on this ice
Leave me hanging on the edge of this mountainside
For as long as You will
Let me grow
In righteousness
Let Your grace
Let Your tests
Once again
Be my true escape

He sends out His command to the earth.
His word runs swiftly.
He scatters the snow like wool
He scatters the frost like ashes.

My neighbors' kids are monsters
All they do is scream all day
And the neighbors don't help
Cause all they do is yell all day too
I wish they'd all shut up for once in their lives
Now they're annoying the dogs on the lower floor next door
And they're barking too
This song is what it feels like in my head when they yell
The kids yell like monkeys and the mom just yells back at them to be quiet and they don't
Cause they don't raise their kids right
"Be quiet!
Be quiet!
Be quiet!
Be quiet!"
Aaaaaaaaaaauuuuuuuggggggghhhhhhhhhh

HTTP is a space/black metal project I've had in mind since around 2017. Since I can't really "do" metal right now, with my cellphone, I settled for more of an ambient / blacknoise combination.

It's... a prayer, basically. A prayer about a few things in my personal life. As such, this song may not make a lot of sense to others. Also it goes without saying, but the "ash nazg..." / "one ring..." inscription is adapted from Tolkien, not written by me.
